Once the website went live, the next step was to invite Google to add the webpages to its search index. To do this, we logged into the Google Search Console and submitted each webpage via the URL Inspection tool. Then we started to track the search results for a selection of relevant keywords.

This website had a slow start. Sometimes this happens when it's a brand new website on a brand new domain name. For about 4 days, it could NOT be found anywhere within the first 10 pages of Google's search results. That's shown by the N/A in the column labelled First in the screenshot below.

Then, on day 5, the website began appearing in the search results. It was showing on page 1 and 2 for some of the keywords we've been tracking. Within 14 days, it had gone from zero page 1 results to showing on page 1 for 22 localised keywords - see the screenshot.
