• Website Design Process

  • As business owners ourselves, we understand how precious and valuable your time is. With this in mind, we've streamlined our website design process to get your business' online presence up and running as quickly as possible.

Our special approach to every project ensures that we consistently deliver great results. This begins even before our first consultation with you.

  • Google Test

When we receive your request for a consultation or we are referred to you by one of our clients, we do an initial test of your online presence using Google. At this point we simply want to get to know a little about your business as well as to gauge what (if anything) you have been doing to market it online.

  • One-on-One Inquiry

On your scheduled day/time, one of our marketing consultants will meet with you (in person or via Skype) to discuss your business objectives to see if we are the right fit for what you are trying to achieve. If necessary, followup meetings will be arranged.

  • Site Creation

Once you commit to working with us, we will get started on the initial design of your website. At minimum, we need a digital copy of your logo and a list of your main services and/or product categories. Throughout the creation process we'll keep you informed and we'll let you know when we need content for your site.

  • Launch Time

Once you've reviewed the final draft of your new website and are happy with it, we'll then prepare your website for its launch date. This involves linking it to your domain name. Then it usually takes about 24 hours for the website to go live. Once live, we run it through our post-launch checklist.

  • What It Actually Takes to Create a Website

The following infographic does a great job of breaking down the workflow involved in creating a website.

It involves understanding the goals of the business owner PLUS the needs of their clients/customers AND bringing these elements together in such a way that the end result is eye-catching, user-friendly, device-friendly, search-engine-friendly, and fulfills its purpose of marketing your business.
