While doing some research, Alla came across Heidi's old website and noticed that among other issues it was not mobile, did not have any SEO, had hardly any valuable information and in general did not do any justice to the business owner.

So Alla contacted Heidi and scheduled a meeting for the following week.

During the presentation, Alla showed Heidi some of the marketing websites we've created for other clients. She went over the features included in these websites and discussed the options for a redesign of Heidi's website.

Heidi was impressed with all that she saw and heard. By the end of this presentation, she was ready to go ahead right away and signed up for the creation of the new marketing website for Silk Finish Beauty Salon. She also choose to have us set up and optimise her Google My Business account.

LAUNCHED on 4th March 2019

Shortly after launching the newly redesigned website for Silk Finish Beauty Salon, we were ready to do the Google submission so that Google would update its index to reflect the changes.

To begin, we did a SERP check to see the Google rankings of the old website. In the screenshot below, the column labelled FIRST represents the position of the website for each keyword the very first time we performed the SERP check.

Numbers 1 to 10 correspond to the positions on the first page of Google. The label N/A means that the website could NOT be found anywhere within the first 10 pages of Google.

After the Google submission using the Fetch as Google feature in the client's Google Search Console, the new website has been ranking within the top 3 pages of Google for all the keywords we are currently monitoring.

It's only been about 5 days since we launched the new website but we can already see improvements in the search results.
