  • Website Objections:

  • I already have a Facebook page for my business

That's great! Having a Facebook page can definitely help you connect with potential customers. However using Facebook (or any social media platform) as the ONLY (or main) online presence for your business is NOT a wise long-term strategy. Here's why:

    1. You Don’t Own or Control the Platform
Your Facebook page lives on a platform you don’t control. If Facebook changes its policies, updates its algorithm, or suspends your account for any reason, your entire online presence could disappear without warning.

    2. Limited Organic Reach
Only a small percentage of your followers actually see your posts unless you pay to boost them. Organic reach on Facebook is often less than 5 percent. That means you have to work harder or spend more just to get your content in front of the people who already chose to follow you.

    3. High Risk of Hacking
It’s estimated that about 300,000 Facebook accounts are hacked every day. Many of these are business pages, compromised through phishing links or suspicious messages. And that’s just the tip of the iceberg. On average, 1.4 billion social media accounts are hacked every month. If your business page is your only web presence, you’re one hack away from losing your digital storefront.

    4. Lack of Customization
You can’t fully control how your business is presented on Facebook. You’re limited to their design and structure. With a website, you can customize every part of the visitor’s experience, from the way your brand is presented to how you guide visitors toward making a purchase or getting in touch.

    5. Credibility and Trust
A professional website builds trust. Studies have shown that 75% of users judge a business’s credibility based on its website. Having only a Facebook page may lead some people to question whether your business is established or legitimate.

    6. Search Visibility
A well-optimized website improves your chances of showing up on Google when people are actively searching for what you offer. And that matters because 93% of online experiences start with a search engine, not a social platform.

    7. Not Everyone Uses Facebook
Even though Facebook is popular, not everyone is on it. In some countries, around 30% of adults don’t use Facebook at all. Relying on one platform means you could be missing out on a large group of potential customers.

    CONCLUSION:
A Facebook page is useful, but it shouldn’t be the foundation of your business online. Think of it as a side door to your business. Your website should be the front entrance where you welcome people in, make a great impression, and give them a clear path to take action.

  • I can build a website myself for FREE on Wix or Weebly

Indeed you can! Website builders such as Wix and Weebly offer a viable option for some businesses.
If this is the route you'd like to take, we recommend that you also take a look at WordPress.com
We encourage you to do your due diligence on the pros and cons of each; and measure them against the goals you have for your business.

Please be aware that if you wish to use a domain name with your Wix, Weebly or WordPress.com website, you will need to upgrade to one of their paid accounts.

  • I do NOT need a website for my business

I agree with you! No one NEEDS a website!

Do you NEED a car or any other vehicle? Most of us do not! A vehicle is merely a transportational tool.
While you do NOT need one, having a vehicle probably gets you where you want to go (from point A to point B) much faster.

Likewise, a business website is merely a marketing tool. You do NOT need one, but having a website for your business can help you reach your business goals more easily and more quickly. However, like any good tool, your business website should be well built, properly used and well maintained if it is to accomplish its ultimate purpose - to grow your business.

  • What are the costs of getting a Marketing Website?

A live website consists of a domain name (yearly cost), web hosting (monthly or yearly cost) and website design/development (project based).
For our Marketing Websites, the costs are as follows:

  • How will I know if people are visiting my Marketing Website?

We want you to be able to track whether or not people are visiting your Marketing Website. So, we add your Google Analytics tracking code to it. As a result, you will be able to track activity on your website. If necessary, we will first create a Google Webmaster account for you. These services are included FREE in all our Marketing Website packages.
