So here, we seek to answer various QOCs (questions, objections and concerns) that we encounter from time to time.

  • Website Objections:

  • I already have a Facebook page for my business

    Awesome! However, in most cases, having a Facebook page (or other social media outlet) as your ONLY (or main) form of web presence for your business is NOT wise. It leaves you vulnerable to whatever changes they make to their various policies.

    We recommend that you have your own website and use social media platforms to direct interested people to your website. There you can control the experience you want them to have.

  • I can build a website myself for FREE on Wix or Weebly

    Indeed you can! Website builders such as Wix and Weebly offer a viable option for some businesses.
    If this is the route you'd like to take, we recommend that you also take a look at WordPress.com
    We encourage you to do your due diligence on the pros and cons of each; and measure them against the goals you have for your business.

    Please be aware that if you wish to use a domain name with your Wix, Weebly or WordPress.com website, you will need to upgrade to one of their paid accounts.

  • I do NOT need a website for my business

    I agree with you! No one NEEDS a website!

    Do you NEED a car or any other vehicle? Most of us do not! A vehicle is merely a transportational tool.
    While you do NOT need one, having a vehicle probably gets you where you want to go (from point A to point B) much faster.

    Likewise, a business website is merely a marketing tool. You do NOT need one, but having a website for your business can help you reach your business goals more easily and more quickly. However, like any good tool, your business website should be well built, properly used and well maintained if it is to accomplish its ultimate purpose - to grow your business.

  • Website Creation & Maintenance QOCs:

  • Can I make changes to the website myself, or will I have to contact you for help?

    Empowering you to take control of your marketing is part of what we aim to do with our Marketing Websites.
    You will be able to update the CONTENT of your website - add blog articles, testimonials, or events; add images to your photo gallery; etc.

    Once your website has been launched and is live for the world to see, you will receive your login details.
    We will also show you how to make updates to your new website.

    If the updates you want involve the DESIGN and/or STRUCTURE of your website, it would be best to contact us for help.

  • What are the costs of getting a Marketing Website?

    A live website consists of a domain name (yearly cost), web hosting (monthly or yearly cost) and website design/development (project based).
    For our Marketing Websites, the costs are as follows:

  • How will I know if people are visiting my Marketing Website?

    We want you to be able to track whether or not people are visiting your Marketing Website. So, we add your Google Analytics tracking code to it. As a result, you will be able to track activity on your website. If necessary, we will first create a Google Webmaster account for you. These services are included FREE in all our Marketing Website packages.

  • Rent-to-Own QOCs:

  • If I choose the Rent-to-Own payment option, for how long must I make monthly payments?

    The monthly Payoff Period for our INTRO Biz, BASIC Biz, and STANDARD Biz Marketing Websites is 12 months.

  • Can I pay off the Rent-to-Own payment balance BEFORE the end of the Payoff Period?

    Absolutely you can! There is NO early payment penalty!
    Simply contact us in writing (via email or our Contact Form) and let us know. We will compute your Payoff amount and provide instructions for payment.

  • I chose the Rent-to-Own payment option but now I no longer want/need the website. What do I do?

    Please submit a written request (via email or our Contact Form) at least seven (7) days before your next payment is due. We will cancel your Rent-to-Own subscription account and no further payments will be due. We will also take down your website and it will no longer be live on the web.

  • What happens if I decide to sell my business and I have not finished paying for the website?

    Your website and associated domain name/s are business assets and should be included in your discussions and negotiations concerning the sale of your business. You and the new potential owner could agree to do one of the following:

    1. you, as the current owner, are required to pay off the website creation cost and then include the value of the website in the sale price of the business, OR
    2. new owner agrees to take over the remaining monthly payments of the website, OR
    3. new owner decides s/he does NOT want the website at all.

    We will need written proof of Change of Ownership before we can make any updates in our system.
